This document sets out the general terms and conditionsof participation in the intellectual games of the Brain Games Club (hereinafterreferred to as the "Club"), as well as the rights and obligations ofgame participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
By agreeing to these terms, any person (individual or legal entity, Participants or third parties) expresses their consent to them in full, without any exceptions or limitations.
To participate in the Club's games, Participants arerequired to undergo the registration procedure and create a personal account onthe Club's website.
Upon registration, Participants undertake to provideaccurate data and are responsible for updating it in case of any changes.
Participation in club games is available only to individuals whose participation is confirmed by the Club. The announcement of the game does not constitute a public offer.
Users undertake to comply with the game rules established by the Club and to follow ethical norms of behavior during the game.
By registering for the game, the Participant agrees tothe processing of their personal data by the Club. The Participant consents tothe taking of photos and videos and does not object to the placement of theirimages on any materials of the Club, including advertising.
Users are solelyresponsible for the confidentiality of their account access data and undertakenot to provide data to third parties.
Participant has the right to withdraw from compliancewith these Participation Terms at any time by ceasing to use the account andnotifying the Club administration.
The Club reserves the right to amend the ParticipationTerms with notification to users by publishing the new version of the terms onthe website.
